Environmental Sustainability – Greener Manufacturing by 2030
• Operate 100% on renewable energy across our international facilities. • Achieve zero waste to landfill from fragrance production by 2028. • Transition to fully recyclable, reusable, or biodegradable packaging across all product categories. • Ensure all key ingredients (oud, rose, sandalwood) are ethically and traceably sourced, supporting sustainable farming.
Social Responsibility – Empowering People & Communities
Launch the Luxeo Artisan Program to support over 100 traditional farmers and distillers in the UAE, India, and Egypt. • Promote fair wages, diversity, and gender equality across all operations. • Provide ongoing health, safety, and training programs for workers in our fragrance facility and partner labs.
Innovation with Purpose – Clean & Conscious Fragrance Development
Allocate 5% of our annual R&D budget toward green chemistry, VOC reduction, and biodegradable fragrance materials. Collaborate with leading global sustainability standards (e.g. IFRA, Ecocert) for responsible product development. • Launch a Clean Air Fragrance Initiative aimed at reducing airborne impact from scented products in indoor spaces.
